Senior Associate: A premier real estate development firm focused

Associate. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding

The Senior Associate will be: We are seeking a highly motivated and
detail-oriented Real Estate Senior Associate to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the full
lifecycle of real estate investment, from acquisition through asset
management to disposition. This position requires a blend of
analytical skills, market knowledge, and strong communication
abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential
investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategic
objectives.
- Analyze market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to
support investment strategies.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for
potential acquisitions, ensuring alignment with the firm's
investment thesis.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal
stakeholders and investment committees.
- Assist in negotiating terms and structuring deals with sellers,
brokers, and partners, upholding the firm's high standards of
integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to facilitate
transaction closings efficiently.
- Monitor performance of the portfolio properties, analyzing
financial performance against projections to ensure value
creation.
- Collaborate with property management teams to implement
value-enhancing strategies that reflect the firm's commitment to
excellence.
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for internal
stakeholders and investors, ensuring transparency and
accountability.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all parties
involved in transactions and asset management.
- Develop and execute strategies for the sale or recapitalization
of assets, maximizing returns for investors.
- Analyze market conditions and identify optimal timing for asset
disposition, aligning with the firm's investment objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business
Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate private equity,
investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Multifamily assets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling
and analysis (Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Argus, CoStar) and
Microsoft Office Suite.
