Physician to join our team. In addition to primary care, our clinic
also offers integrated occupational health services.As a Primary
Care Physician in our rural healthcare practice, you will play a
vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to a
diverse patient population. You will be responsible for diagnosing
and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions,
providing preventative care, and promoting the overall well-being
of our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make

features an embedded occupational health department, allowing you
to collaborate with experts in this field.Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
degree.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
preferred.
- Current state medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering
compassionate care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to live and work in a rural area.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical
assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, illnesses,
and injuries.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including
prescription medications and treatment recommendations.
- Offer health education and counseling to patients for disease
prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Chronic Disease Management:
- Manage and monitor chronic medical conditions such as diabetes,
hypertension, and heart disease.
- Work with patients to develop personalized care plans for
long-term health maintenance.
- Preventative Care:
- Administer immunizations, vaccinations, and regular screenings
for early disease detection.
- Promote preventive healthcare through patient education and
community outreach.
- Occupational Health Collaboration:
- Collaborate with our embedded occupational health department to
assess and address work-related health issues.
- Provide medical evaluations for employment-related assessments
and return-to-work evaluations.
- Collaborate with occupational health specialists to ensure the
well-being of workers in our community.
- Community Involvement:
- Engage with the local community and participate in community
health initiatives.
- Contribute to healthcare outreach and education programs.We
