Certification Details
BLS - Basic Life Support
- Job Details
- Position/Specialty: Urology RN
- Will work 5x8hr days 8a-4:30pm with holidays as needed
- Floating will depend on unit's needs
  - Job Requirements
  - 1 year of experience required
  - SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required
  - BLS certification required
  - Epic experience required
    - Schedule Information
    - 5x8hr days
    - 8a-4:30pm
    - No weekend requirement
    - No on-call requirement
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Orientation modules must be completed no later than 5 days after start
      - Physical exam within 90 days from start required
      - Fit test within 90 days prior to start required
        
        Additional Details
        
        Government Issued Photo ID required
        
        All RTO must be included at time of submission
        
        Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
