Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Job Specialty: Pharmacy Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1-year acute inpatient pharmacy experience required License: Valid State License required Certifications: Current BLS required Must-Have: Experience with and competence in EPIC Willow inpatient system Job Description: - Perform pharmaceutical care for acute inpatient settings. - Work shifts of 10 hours in rotation, covering Monday - Friday and weekend shifts. - Participate in a rotating schedule, with no more than one weekend shift per month. - Provide pharmaceutical expertise while adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines. - Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care. - Flexibility to float between designated medical facilities as needed. - Maintain compliance with all healthcare and safety regulations, including a smoke/nicotine-free policy. - Required to have a flu vaccine, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons. - Return staff policy mandates a one-year gap before re-employment. - Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours. Optional but Preferred: - Copy of certifications is not required at submission but is nice to have.
