We are a Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured individuals. We are seeking a driven, organized, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys and help clients navigate the litigation process with confidence.

Responsibilities:
--- Maintain consistent communication with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
--- Draft and serve routine legal documents for attorney review.
--- Coordinate and schedule depositions, including preparing and serving deposition notices.
--- Coordinate and schedule mediations, ensuring all parties are informed and logistics are in place.
--- Ensure all deadlines, depositions, mediations, and court hearings are properly calendared on the assigned attorney's schedule in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
--- Prepare and organize exhibits for depositions, motions, and trials.
--- File court documents and ensure compliance with court procedures.
--- Maintain accurate records in our case management system.
--- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and client satisfaction.
--- Perform additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
--- 2-3 years of experience working in civil litigation, either on the plaintiff or defense side - this is mandatory.
--- A passion for professional and personal growth.
--- A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
--- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
--- Exceptional writing skills.
--- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
--- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
