Responsibilities:
--- Participate in comprehensive training and mentorship sessions
conducted by experienced professionals based in Charleston to excel
in the role.
--- Actively engage in the pursuit of new business opportunities
through a real estate CRM system, while effectively managing and
nurturing existing clients and leads.
--- Receive hands-on guidance and support from a top-performing
agent within the team to enhance real estate skills
efficiently.
--- Make use of various lead opportunities provided to optimize
success in the competitive real estate market.
--- Allocate 40-50 hours per week to efficiently meet performance
targets.
--- Deliver consistent top-level, white-glove service to customers
and clients throughout the transaction process, from nurturing to
closure.
--- Access ongoing support and resources aimed at enhancing
productivity and efficiency in the position.
--- Benefit from having appointments scheduled by a dedicated
inside sales team to streamline workflow.
--- Thrive in a supportive and dynamic work environment that
prioritizes commitment, positive energy, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
--- Applicants for the Licensed Real Estate Salesperson position in
Charleston must possess an active South Carolina Real Estate
License.
--- Proficiency in effectively utilizing Google Systems Efficiency
is a crucial skill required for success in this role.
--- Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging
successfully with leads in this position.
--- Demonstrating professionalism in all communications and
transactions is a key expectation for this role.
--- Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for excelling as
a Realtor.
--- Attention to detail, especially in contract drafting, is a
vital qualification needed for this position.
--- A strong work ethic is indispensable for achieving success in
the role of a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
--- Real estate experience, negotiation skills, and a high level of
customer service are prerequisites for applicants to excel in this
position.
